Les tensions poden ser de car\u00e0cter interpersonal, familiar, laboral i social i, fins i tot, poden ser presents en diferents \u00e0mbits alhora. Una persona pot caure en un estat depressiu quan les exig\u00e8ncies del seu entorn el superen clarament. Ning\u00fa est\u00e0 vacunat per evitar una depressi\u00f3.<\/p><p>Hi ha un seguit de situacions precedents que poden potenciar la tristesa, que \u00e9s de fet una resposta fisiol\u00f2gica pr\u00f2pia del nostre repertori d&#8217;emocions. Tanmateix, a vegades aquest sentiment de tristesa es perllonga indefinidament i s&#8217;acompanya de situacions d&#8217;apatia, labilitat emocional i dist\u00e0ncia social, incapacitat per experimentar el gaudi, p\u00e8rdua de la gana i de pes, alteracions del son, irritabilitat, por, pesadesa mental i dificultats de concentraci\u00f3. Tot plegat s\u00f3n circumst\u00e0ncies que incapaciten a la persona per al normal exercici de la seva activitat di\u00e0ria. Els tractaments antidepressius serveixen per restaurar el funcionament del seu circuit cerebral i tornar-li la seva compet\u00e8ncia personal. L&#8217;objectiu \u00e9s que el pacient recuperi el seu autogovern i la capacitat de prendre decisions.<\/p><p>Els estats depressius expressen una disfunci\u00f3 cerebral que va m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de l&#8217;exist\u00e8ncia d&#8217;una enfermetat psiqui\u00e0trica.
